I havee upgraded my account to a free Lucidchart Education account yesterday but I found that I still had a lot of limitations such as can not use UI container and Timeline shapes. Does this mean I can't use these functions even if I am a student account?I feel very confused... thx

Hi Siyuan thanks for posting in the community! The following premium shape libraries not available to free accounts: Mind Maps Android Mockups iOS Mockups UI Mockups and Timelines. You can learn about the features available on the new EDU Free version of Lucidchart and Lucidpress here.
If you are a K12 user and are interested in upgrading to a paid version with access to premium features please let us know and we can assist you. If you are a Higher Ed user you can explore and manually upgrade to an alternate account plan here.
