Can not create a team folder on a Team account - how to share folders on a Team account
Hello,
I change from personal licence to Team Licence on Lucid chart, but I am the owner of the team and cannot crear or move some document to the team folder (even i cannot crear a folder inside)
The option is on gray, some one know to make that available ?

Have you created a folder before / noticed the option enabled for you?
It's possible that your admin has not enabled this capability for your account.

No, we buy a team plan, so in this case how I share the documents or disign to my team ?

@carlosdhm6On a Team account, you can still share individual documents and folders with your colleagues. I recommend reading the Share with collaborators in Lucid article to learn more!
