Have you created a folder before / noticed the option enabled for you?

It's possible that your admin has not enabled this capability for your account.

​@carlosdhm6 On a Team account, you can still share individual documents and folders with your colleagues. I recommend reading the Share with collaborators in Lucid article to learn more!
