I have shared an Org Chart with a colleague who uses a Free Account but he doesn't appear to be able to edit it. There are less than 30 objects on the chart. Is there a restriction for free accounts?

Hi Seamus there are many more restrictions on free accounts that could be prohibiting them form editing like other advanced features. Be sure to check out our Account Types article from our Help Center for more information on the difference between account levels!
