Can a non-licensed user print a Lucidchart?

We use Lucidchart to create floor maps of our office.  When users view the maps, they cannot print to PDF.  It seems very likely this is a problem because the users are not licensed.  Does anyone have thoughts about how to allow users to print our floor maps?

Hi @jbresnen, thanks for posting in the community! Printing and exporting are capabilities to every subscription level, including free accounts. For more information on which features are available to each account type, please review this help center article.As long as they are logged in to their Lucid account, they should be able to print. Are they encountering an error message when attempting to print? If so, can you respond and include a screenshot of this and any additional information?
