I'm looking for a Lucidchart template that will work to display call routing. I need to show the flow of a number when say an 800# is dialed. If they press 1 the call is routed to A If they press 2 the call is routed to B for example. I'm not sure if a template exists?

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart community! While we do not have a specific template designed for call routing but you should be able to make this diagram from scratch fairly easily with our flowcharting shape library. Please see the Create a flowchart in Lucidchart article for more information. I also recommend seeing our Add and customize shapes in Lucidchart article to learn how to enable different shape libraries and import shapes or images for your diagrams.
