Now that it's 2021 is there a way to do this without contacting our account manager?... I hope so!

Thanks for reaching out in the Lucid Community! Unfortunately we do not currently support bulk removal of users. It sounds like you have submitted a ticket and I have directed it to your Customer Success Manager so they can help you with your request.
