I have created a public board with a password that anyone can access who has link and the password.

When I tested this using incognito mode in Chrome it resulted in

Message: Our servers experienced an error. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Flow ID: db95c51181d81da8
Time: 2025-01-28T13:21:26.199Z

Can this be looked at urgently as I use these types of boards for my company’s clients

Hi @pcastle, I can certainly understand how this would impact your work and I am happy to dig into this.

Can you confirm whether others are also having a hard time accessing the board?

Could you try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.

Can you also please send a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Thanks in advance for your help and patience!

Hi Ambar,

Yes I was in a teams meeting with about 30 representatives from our clients and the link I provided did not work for anyone and each reported the same error.

this is what everyone saw

checking the dev console as you suggested and replicated the error results in this being shown

I have temporarily removed the password so you can see the error yourself.

Hi @pcastle, thank you for sharing additional details and a screenshot of the issue. I have reported this behaviour to our engineers and will update this thread as soon as we have more information.

Thank you for your patience and I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.

hi Leianne,

Just wondering on when the engineers can provide an ETA on this one.

I checked just before and the error is still there.

Peter

Hi @pcastle, thank you for the comment and sorry for the trouble. There unfortunately isn’t an ETA at this time but I have followed up with the engineers. I will share more in this thread as soon as I hear back from them.

We appreciate all your help and patience in the meantime. Please continue to follow this thread for updates and let me know if you have any questions.

Good morning @pcastle,

Can you copy the URL from the publish dialogue for me to link to? The link you put above includes the error in the URL, and I wonder if the link from there might be different from the link you shared.

I tested this, and I am not able to reproduce (yet). I wonder if regenerating the URL might also help to resolve. You can also email me the link if you’d like. sgillette@lucid.co
