Hi ​@horas, thank you for posting in the community. To confirm is this only happening to a specific ERD document that you created in the past? It sounds like you tried creating a new ERD diagram in a new blank document and it didn’t happen there, is this correct?

Could you please share the temporary Support PIN for this document? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. This Support PIN doesn’t allow anyone but Lucid Support to take a look at your document, so you are safe to post it here.

Yes, it’s for diagrams already created.
I tried copy-pasting or duplicating the documents, but still the bug reproduces.

I was able to reproduce the behaviour you described. I believe you have identified a bug, and I have reported this to our development team. I apologize for any disruption this may cause, and I will update this thread with any new information about a fix.

In the meantime, would you mind confirming if this is happening to other ERD documents that you created before as well? Or is this the only document where you’ve noticed this behaviour? This information will help our team take a closer look.

Yes, it happens for all previously created ERDs.
