My first time exploring this software. I created a flow chart and when I went to open it today I can see it in the little window but when I open it it is blank. It's like it's not there. What am I doing wrong? I want to get back into it to do some edits

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! If you can see your work from the docs list but it’s gone once you open your document then check out this Community post (in English)!
If that isn't the issue you are experiencing and you are on the correct page tab could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.
If the issue persists please send a screenshot of the issue -- I'd be happy to take a closer look!
