Hi I had opted for the trial version but was charged for an account. Your intimation was sent to the promotions block of my email ID. I want to cancel as this was not approved by me for purchase. The software is not what I need to produce the projects I have. And I do not have the money to pay for this.
Please help me ASAP to cancel it and refund the amount charged from the payment card. It would be a great help. Thanks.
