I want to take advantage of the Azure shapes to create infrastructure diagrams but I am concerned that there was any license or copyrights associated with the use of these figures.

Thanks for reaching out to the Lucid community. Azure allows Lucidchart to use their library of shapes so this should not be a problem. Hope this helps!
