The AWS supported resources list shows elbv2 target groups and load balancers as supported resources, but I am unable to get target groups to show as a resource in a lucid scale diagram. The ALB and EC2 instances show up, but not target groups or lines between instances and ALB such as is present for a classic ELB. I have verified target group, ALB, and Instances all contain the correct tag used for the original filter and the count of Target Groups in the Data Source indicates it is importing the target groups from AWS. Is there a document that shows what I am missing?

As a first step, could you please confirm that the resources or lines you’re looking for are currently toggled 'on' in the panel to the left of the workspace? If the resource or line type is not enabled in this panel, you will not see the corresponding resources or lines rendered in your diagram.
Additionally, some views may contain summarized resources by default. If you’ve elected to summarize resources within a Lucidscale View, you will need to un-summarize them or create a new view containing un-summarized resources in order for your associated lines to be rendered in the diagram. You can un-summarize resources by right-clicking on a summarized resource type and unchecking the “Summarize all” option in the right-click menu.
Could you try these steps and let us know if the issue persists?

+1For the model i have been referencing the ELBV2 lines are checked, but not showing up connecting an ALB or NLB to instances. Target Groups are not a listed resource available to toggle on.
The ALB/NLBs and EC2 instances are not summarized. This should have been clear considering I am not having the issue with classic ELBs.
I have created a new model without any filtering at the original Data Source selection and that model appears to be drawing the lines for ELBv2 to EC2 instances. Something still isn’t working like it should through as I said before the Load Balancer, Target groups, and EC2 instances are tagged with same tag that that was used for filtering the data source and the original model is up to date with the data source that created the second model.

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, when recreating a second model with no filters, the lines do appear as expected, therefore you experience the issue in the filtered view only?
