Auto Alignment when adding a shape into an existing flow diagram

Hi I have been using Lucidchart for a few months now and still have not found a way around this feature.

Previously using Visio when you added a new shape into an existing diagram it would move the shapes over and allow for auto formatting. In Lucidchart I am finding I am having to manually move my whole flow just to add an additional shape in.

Can you please advise if this feature is even available in Lucidchart?

Thanks for posting in Lucidchart community! Unfortunately we do not yet have a auto-formatting feature that forces the shapes around newly placed shapes to move. I apologize for the inconvenience! We're always working to improve Lucidchart and your feedback is the best way for us to do that. Would you mind adding a request for this feature to our feature request form?
