Is there a way to assign a shape/process to someone and add functionality to change the status of the process like Active to Complete/Resolved?

+15Hi @jayson s thanks for posting in the community! You can add comments and assign tasks to your collaborators in Lucidchart and Lucidspark.
To do add a comment right-click a shape and select "Add Comment" from the menu. This will open the comment window where you can add comments or assign a task to another user. You can also view statuses of tasks in the Comment & Tasks panel.
