Hi I used to get a preview in the Lucidchart pane when I clicked on a diagram in the menu - now all I get is a URL. Can anyone advise please?

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! You should be able to change this setting in the top-right corner. The waffle button can be used to switch from List View to Grid View and vice-versa.
