Hello! Does anyone know why notes associated with Salesforce icons can't be formated? I'm using a combination of basic shapes and Salesforce icons. The notes I add to the basic shapes can be formatted with bulletsetc but the option to format is greyed out when adding a note to a Salesforce icon.

Hi @carmen c thanks for posting in the community! It looks like you have identified a bug with adding notes to Salesforce icons. I have reported this with our development team and will update this thread as soon as we have any updates.
In the meantime I can confirm that it's still possible to add bullet points in the notes attached to Salesforce icons. You can do this by adding a hyphen '-' in the notes and you can also indent the bullet point by pressing 'Tab'.
