Hello. Are the documents that are being stored in the 1gb Lucid cloud storage encrypted at rest ... or can they be viewed by Lucid employees whether or not they are support personnel? Your Privacy and Security knowledge base article only mentions encryption while in transit but does not address one's files/documents being stored on Lucid's servers.
