Hello in regards to conditional formatting (particularly as it relates to location) is there a way to apply conditional formatting to an entire document?

I have one document that breaks down our organizational chart by manager. Because of our department's size this document has 13  "sheets" within it. I understand how conditional formatting functions on a sheet to sheet basis but is there a way to apply conditional rules to ALL sheets within a given document without having to recreate the 6/7 rules on each of the sheets individually?

Hello

Thank you for posting in the Lucidchart Community! Yes there is a way to apply conditional formatting across multiple sheets within the same document as you are describing.

If you open up Conditional Formatting on the right bar while on another page of the same doc you will see that it is applied to selected shapes (it will tell you the number of shapes it is applied to on the current page you are on in the screenshot below that being 0/16). You can then select the shapes (or choose all shapes) that you would like to apply it to on that additional page. There is no need to create a new rule for each page of the same document!

Hope this helps! For more information on conditional formatting check out this Conditional Formatting article from the Lucidchart Help Center.
