Please come back to me it is so tiring that I can't work for multiple hours on my documents....

It looks like you may be offline or encountering an issue with your internet connection/network.

Could you try logging into your account in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Often times  account performance issues sre related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.
