I was working through some training on new features to Lucidchart when I realized all of the shape outlines swim lanes and connector lines in my charts have turned invisible. Regardless of if I exit my current diagram and load into an older chart none of my shapes or lines are visible. What is even more strange is that all of my text and shape fill colors remain and if I highlight shapes and lines I can see they are still there - it's just that I cannot get them to return to a visible color.

Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window please see this community post.
If those don’t resolve the problem can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?
- A screenshot of the issue
- If this is happening in every diagram or only some
- If this occurs in a newly created document with new shapes
