We have a unique situation where one of our employees is going on long term disability. His manager will have to take over all his individual files (they were not shared in a team folder). Looking at the help articles and support posts looks like the only way to do this is to delete his account and transfer the contents? If you have another method please let me know.

Thanks for reaching out in the community. You are correct there is not a way for an admin to view a user's documents or impersonate a user in Lucidchart so the only way for this employee's manager to gain access to his files would be deleting his account and transferring the documents.
