I'd like to link a text box to an icon but I need the text to be hidden until I mouse over the icon and then it pops up. Is there any way of doing this? I need this as Lucidchart loses my Screen Tips text on import from Visio so I need to recreate this function.

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! Unfortunately there is not currently a way to recreate Screen Tips exactly as they appear in Visio. You can however achieve a similar result using Actions and Layers. Using actions you can assign a specific icon to toggle a layer 'On' showing a text box when a user clicks that icon. That same action can toggle the layer 'Off' clearing the text box from the screen. To learn more about how to do this please take a look at the links above.
