I'm new to Lucid for Education. I'm adding teachers and students from my school and they all show up with the role "users". Is that correct? I found something online that said that when they signing on from their email invite users would be asked if they are a teacher or student. But when I signed up a fictitious student they were not asked the question. Now they show up with the role "user". Thanks in advance for your help.

All invited students and teachers will have the default role of User in Lucid so it is expected to see newly added/invited with the User role. The persona picker you are referencing is for individual users rather than your use case which is an Educational Enterprise account. I do not think there is anything you need to worry about here and you can continue adding your users!
