Hi ​@jredel, thank you for posting in the community! Just to confirm, are you trying to add users to your Team Hub by adding/inviting a Slack channel? 

Before a team member can be added, they must first be a user on your Lucid account. Is it possible that the majority of the members in your Slack channel are not Lucid users yet?
