I created a new field in my org chart for "Feature". When I turn it on in a shape it looks fine (Image 1). When I exit the Manage Fields the "Feature" text disappears from the shape(Image 2). When I click on the shape the text comes back (Image 3) but when I put the cursor in that field the text again disappears (Image 4

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Just to verify are you interacting with the same shape in all of your pictured screenshots? The "Manage Fields" drop-down menu only applies settings to individual shapes. If you were interacting with the same shape please contact us here and include the URL to your document so we can troubleshoot what's occurring in your individual document.
