With Cloud Insights I could add multiple subscriptions to the same diagram I can't see a way of doing that in Lucidscale?

Thanks for contributing to the Lucidscale Community. You should be able to select multiple subscriptions to be included in your Model after clicking + New > Lucidscale > Azure Model as described in our import documentation. I hope this helps!
