Is there a way to access/view Corporate Templates and all subcategories from the main page template gallery rather than having to access the corporate templates after creating a brand-new document (from within the document)? We would prefer that our users have access to view and open the templates prior to starting a brand-new document to avoid any potential confusion/issues.

To start please review our Create and Organize Corporate Templates help center article. It will walk you through the options to access these templates.
If you would like to view a corporate template before creating a document click "Templates" > select either Lucidchart or Lucidspark > select "corporate". You will then see all available corporate templates presented on your main page. From here you can click on a template and select either "view template" or "use template". Let me know if you have any questions!
