Adding a responsibility list to team members

Hi. I have created my 2d company org chart with no problems. Now I want to add a list of tasks to each role (e.g. Office Junior has a task list of Photocopying Making Tea Sorting Mail etc). As the lists are quite long I'm expecting them to be hidden in some way until the chart user needs to see them.  How can I add this kind of detail to my chart?

Thanks for posting in the community! There is no way to minimize your text within a new org chart field. You can however add this information using notes or comments. To add a note or comment to a shape simple right-click on the shape and select your desired option from the drop-down menu. After you add a note or comment an icon will appear at the corner of your shape and you can click on the icon to expand the text.
