We're always looking for ways to improve the ADO/Lucid Cards integration and your feedback is the best way for us to do that. 

How long of a buffer are you experiencing before you see changes made to an ADO work item in Azure reflected in the corresponding Lucid Card on your Lucidspark board? 

Usually between 5 and 10 minutes going from DevOps to Lucid the other way around is usually faster for some reason.

Thank you for providing more details on the latency you're experiencing. Typically the Lucid Cards / ADO integration syncs approximately every 30 seconds. However factors such as internet connection speeds potential network delays (especially if using VPNs) and the size of the Lucidspark document can influence this sync time.

Additionally browser-related issues like interference from certain extensions or an outdated browser version might play a role. To help us pinpoint the cause could you please try accessing your Lucidspark document in a private/incognito browser window and observe if the sync-time improves?
