If I open the Actions menu to add a link or action to an object there is the 'Pin' icon in the corner of the menu. If I click on it the menu stays open on the screen as a window. However as soon as I click anywhere on the page the pinned Actions window disappears which entirely defeats the action of pinning it.
No other pinnable window behaves this way. All others remain on the screen until they are un-pinned by the user.
