Hi I've only joined yesterday and started to work on a document. I've come back the next day to find out that I need to request access to my own document and my trial for Lucidchart and Lucidspark on the account is gone.


Hours of work is gone but my biggest concern is the billing for the account that doesn't seem to exists anymore. Any help would be appreciated.
