Quick question: I use a personal lucid chart account. I moved all my diagrams to a shared folder (corporate account)
Question is: What happen if I close my account? Will the diagrams that I placed in the shared corporate account folder will remains ?

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! Yes as long as you allow Lucid to retain your user information (by clicking the check mark shown in this screenshot) when you are closing your account then your collaborators will still have access to shared folders and shared documents after you delete your personal account. 
Alternatively you can transfer document ownership via backup/restore as explained in this Help Center article.
