I can see posts from 2 years ago showing the ability to create timelines with intervals of minutes / hours. but this functionality seems to have been removed or is at least very difficult to find.
Is there a way to do this, or could this feature be re-enabled?

Good morning,
You can insert a timeline from Lucidspark, and then using our universal canvas function, switch to using Lucidchart. Would that work for you?

But I really like to use the LucidSpark style Timeline. I'm assuming there isn't a way to do this?
