Regression in highlighted text in LucidChart since the latest update - Inline text highlight toolbar does nothing in Chrome

Steps to reproduce:
- Open the document and select text inside the text field.
- Open the text-formatting toolbar.
- Choose the inline text highlight/background-color control.
- Apply a color.
Expected: The selected characters receive a background highlight.
Actual: Nothing changes in the rectangle or selected text.
Workaround: Applying the same highlight through the underlying text-formatting action works, so the text selection and document are valid. This appears isolated to the toolbar control. Having AI apply it also works but is way to time consuming.
This reproduces repeatedly and affects the selected AutoGrowTextBlock text field.
