In Dark Theme, Image Icons are not visible too dark making Dark Mode Unuseable

Question

In Dark Theme, the Image Icons are not visible. The background color inside each icon is way too dark or there is an overlay on top of them that is way too dark. It makes it impossible to use Dark Theme. ☹️

This makes it impossible to use Dark Mode since I need to be able to see Image Icons.
