Removing the toolbar in Lucidchart was a brilliant move! When I first saw it several weeks ago, I was furious. “HOW DARE THEY REMOVE THE TOOLBAR!”, I raged. Within a few minutes I had figured out how to do everything with the right panel and I realized how smart the change really was. You really thought outside the typical UX box when you came up with the current design. Nice work!
