What do you like best about the Lucid Legends program?
I love the way that customers can get help from people who use the products professionally every day. I also like the community that has been built, and it inspires me to continue helping and support newer Lucid customers.
How has the Lucid Legends program helped you develop professionally?
It's helped to show that I do more things outside of work than just conference speaking. It's great to engage with people through different mediums and this has been a growth experience for me in terms of understanding an issue and finding the best resolution.
How have you used Lucid in your role or how has it contributed to the success of a project?
I use it all the time to collect meeting notes (sometimes on my own, sometimes with the group)... this helps me organise my thoughts much more easily than a traditional pad.
It has also helped me to create beautiful diagrams and flows that help our clients see the output of work we have done for them.
What is your favorite Lucid feature and what do you like about it?
Honestly it's the small things that just make every single day better. For example 'Reset lines' might not seem like much, but it saves so much time and helps explain the story my diagram is telling. Oh and 'Dynamic shapes'.. great for visualizing data-led information!
