Somehow I am having 2 lucid license assigned to my one email account ID - jaydip.gxxxx@tribalgroup.com and as far as I am aware I am only using one as I login with my email ID. 


Can I request your help with process of removing duplicate license account without loosing lucid diagrams/documents?
