Straighten Lines

Hi,
You can click on the line near the top box. You will see the connector to that box highlighted (see screenshot). Now you can drag that connector (the blue square in this image) and make it straight.

Assuming you mean the vertical line here? If so, I suggest moving the box that it is connected to a few pixels to the left and you should see it align. The other option is to move the three boxes that it connects to (righ hand side of your screenshot) to the right a little.
This should resolve it, but please let me know if not.
