I installed the Lucidchart connector in JIRA and i see the integration is connected.
I attach a Lucidchart in a ticket.
When I ty to acces to a Lucidchart diagram in JIRA, the attachement is not recognize as a Lucidchart.
I can’t view, open or edit the Lucidchart in JIRA.
Someone have already seen this problem?

When attaching a file, make sure it's in the correct Lucidchart format, which usually has a .lucidchart extension.
If you're encountering issues, try attaching the Lucidchart file directly to your message, rather than using the Lucidchart connector.
This will help isolate the problem and ensure that the file is uploaded in the correct format. With this we able to verify whether the issue lies with the file itself or the connector and lets take the necessary steps to resolve it.
