20 minutes later it is still importing. There are 2 year old topics on this note but they link to documentation that does no longer exist.

So, is there an error if so how can I debug it? If it takes so much time and this is to be expected, then why does the marketing material say otherwise?

The issue is that the wheels in the screenshot below are spinning and spinning but nothing happens:

This is not a good first impression. To get there I just follwed the improt guide and choose the ‘create new role automatically’ option

There was no error, the import method was the one where Lucid does the work and I just follow the instructions. So the automatic one. That’s it.

It did work in the end but just took a lot of time and this was for one account, just one with very little infrastructure in it.

Hi @cavol! I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble importing your data from AWS.
Do you mind providing the following information so we can investigate?

  • The import method you are using.
  • The number of accounts you’re attempting to import.
  • A screenshot of any error messages or pop ups that appear (does the import timeout entirely?)

These items will help us determine the cause of the issue you’re experiencing. Please let me know if you have any questions.
