Currently there are only 3 statues in timeline Open, In Progress and Done. How can we add additional statuses to timeline?

Good morning,
I want to better understand what you are experiencing. Are you using Lucidchart or Lucidspark? Here is a screenshot of the different status options I’m seeing in a card on a timeline, but I want to make sure that I’m looking at the same thing as you. Once I know where you are, then I can dig further and see if there is a customizable option.

Lucidchart native capability doesn't offer a direct way to add custom statuses beyond the default "Open," "In Progress," and "Done" options.
You must rely on Manual Customization / other possibilities to accomplish your requrieemnt.
