I dont have IBM Coud icons available to me, how can they be imported?

You can import your own IBM Cloud shapes as custom shapes to Lucid by uploading SVG files or Visio stencils (.vss, .vssx, and .vsx) to custom shape libraries. For more information on this, I suggest to go through this section of the Shape libraries article in our Help Center.
