I want to import draw.io diagram to lucid chart. I got the lucid chart licence through my organization. I have noticed that there is Import menu under file menu but mostly menus are disabled for me. I am attaching the screenshot for ready ref.

The issue sounds like a result of organizational account settings restricting access to import features, Kindly reach out to your organization’s admin to move forward.
