I need to embed the fonts into the exported pdf and changing the font does not impact the exported pdf’s preference to use “Helvetica”. I tried Roboto, PTSans, and Open Sans. I checked the PDF font embedding status with pdffonts.
In case someone is facing the same issue, the workaround I used was to (1) export to SVG, (2) import SVG using InkScape or similar, and (3) export back to PDF.
How would I embed the type-1 fonts into the exported PDFs?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Hi
Thanks for posting in the Community and I'm sorry for the trouble you're experiencing with exporting. I see that you already tried changing the font of your document and testing the export. Your question is unique in that you also provide a solution, but let me see if I can help further. Could you please try:
- Exporting in a Chrome Incognito browsing session. This often improves performance by clearing your cache and cookies and disabling your extensions.
- Exporting again on another network ensuring that you are on a strong stable connection.
If none of these tips help would you mind sending in a support ticket so that we can take a look at your specific document? Please include the document URL, a description of your download settings, and the exported file. Thank you for your help and patience!
