Hello! This is a very recent bug. I have been using this functionality for years and this is only happening in the last few weeks.
I can not drag a User icon unless it has text. So like this, I can only move it by selecting and using the arrow keys, but I can not select/drag:
Whereas if I do this, then I can select and drag it. Then I have to delete the text.
I use a lot of these icons, so it’s pretty annoying.
