If you encounter Error Code: CE007 during this process: close the tab, refresh your browser, open Canvas in a new tab, and access Lucid again in Canvas.  This should fix the error.

If you encounter Error Code: CE016 during this process, this means that you are trying to use an email address that is outside of your institution.  Restart the process using the email address given to you by your institution.
