You will be redirected to Lucidchart.  Wait for the sign in with Microsoft pop-up or click the link if you are not automatically redirected.  Now follow the steps 5-8.

What approach shall be taken if you have a mix of users in Canvas, 95% are SSO with Microsoft for Business accounts and then 5% of users are users that sign in with their email such as gmail, outlook.com, mydomain.com?

Shall we then choose SSO and will Lucid work for the rest 5% of users?

@EPN Adam If you choose SSO then the other 5% will not be able to access Lucid through Canvas.  An email address for your institution is required for setting this up.  Does the other 5% have an email with your institution?  If they do have an email tied to your institution, then I would select the email authentication method. If you have additional questions, feel free to email me at vcicero@lucidchart.com

The other 5% does not have an email in our institution but only external emails of their choice such as Gmail. Then it means we must choose Email?

@EPN Adam Unfortunately, an email associated with your institution is required to use the Lucid in Canvas integration. So, you may want to go with the Microsoft SSO option since that will be the easiest way for the other users to access their Lucid accounts through Canvas.
