Preventing diagram overload as projects grow

Hi everyone,

As projects get bigger, I’ve noticed my Lucid diagrams slowly turning into giant, hard-to-read boards. Even when the logic itself is solid, too much detail in one place makes collaboration and reviews harder than they should be.

This came up in a discussion where someone mentioned breaking execution details out into separate tools, high quality Delta executor for android was mentioned as an example of keeping heavy execution logic elsewhere—which got me thinking about diagram scope.

How do you decide what belongs in a Lucid diagram versus what should stay external? Do you split diagrams, use layers, or keep high-level visuals only? Curious how others keep diagrams clean and useful at scale.
