I'm attempting to create a formula which displays the relevant pay period for our org chart data (e.g. - as at PPED 3 November 2023) in a standard shape as part of the page header. The Pay Period field is included in the org chart data for each record. I've tried to use the LOOKUPVALUE formula but keep getting an error at the start of the formula whether I use the '=' or '{{= ' syntax. e.g.
Org Chart data formula to display pay period data in diagram

Hi Belinda thanks for posting in the Lucid Developers community! This seems to be related to a bug we have identified when the key is an integer with quotation marks. I was able to reproduce this behaviour and I have reported this to our relevant team. I will update this thread as soon as this has been fixed.
In the meantime would you mind removing the quotation marks around the integer value to see if the error still occurs? If you're still receiving an error I recommend you check that your Org chart data collection name matches what you have in your formula.
Thank you in advance for your help and patience! I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions!
